70 Years and a New Partnership for Local Optometrist

Tasmanian-owned Total Eyecare Optometrists today celebrates 70 years of local optometry with a new provider partnership with St.LukesHealth to benefit local optical consumers in southern Tasmania.

The new provider partnership will allow St.LukesHealth members to receive value in purchasing prescription glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses at Total Eyecare.

Total Eyecare’s CEO, Andrew Koch made the announcement from their newly renovated Sandy Bay practice.

“At Total Eyecare we love supporting locals and the local economy, and partnering with a Tasmanian health fund further demonstrates our commitment to and investment in the local economy”, Mr Koch said.

Manager Business Development, Helen Cowley said St.LukesHealth is pleased to be able to offer a locally-owned optical provider for southern Tasmanians.

“We are pleased to be working in partnership and supporting Total Eye care to celebrate their ongoing presence in southern Tasmania”, Mrs Cowley said.

Celebrating 70 years of Tasmanian optometry practice, Total Eyecare is the only remaining wholly Tasmanian-owned optometry group in the State.

The new provider partnership will allow flexibility and value for St.LukesHealth members who purchase from Total Eyecare Optometrists.
